SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The services I offer include typing/transcription. The kind of text is irrelevant - it may be a diploma paper, an application, a letter, a book manuscript, etc. I accept both typescript and manuscript (on condition that it is sufficiently legible). In addition, I also transcribe audio/video materials.

This service also includes filling out tables, spreadsheets and forms (e.g. on websites).

In Poznan, Poland, the materials may be delivered in person. In the case the materials are sent via regular mail, courier service or e-mail, there are no geographic limitations.

Fully available languages (printout, manuscript, audio/video material): ENGLISH and POLISH. Partially available (only legible printout): all other languages using the Latin alphabet.

The documents are prepared for the customer in a chosen format:

normal (TXT) or formatted (RTF) text
MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint (DOC/XLS/PPT)
OpenOffice.org Writer/Calc/Impress (ODT/ODS/ODP)
MS Works Word Processor/Spreadsheet (WPS/WKS)
PDF
HTML

Note: the customer's files (e.g. PDF) cannot be password-protected, while the scanned image should be sufficiently legible (this concerns, above all, fax messages and manuscripts). In addition, the scanned image should be saved in one of the popular graphic formats (JPEG/GIF/BMP/PNG/TIFF) or as PDF.

Typing - less than 10,000 words	USD 0.01 or EUR 0.01 per word
PROMOTIONAL OFFER: Typing - more than 10,000 words	-10% from total price
Extra charge for manuscripts*	+25% to total price
Transcription of audio/video materials	USD 0.06 or EUR 0.04 per word
Black printing	USD 0.60 or EUR 0.40 per one A4 page
Color printing	USD 2 or EUR 1.50 per one A4 page
* the extra charge applies if the text to be typed is handwritten
